Loly, My Lovely Cat

               Loly is the name of my pet. It is a female cat. I get my pet from my aunt who lives in Kuningan. At first, my aunt didn't allow me to take the cat, but I convinced her that I would like to take care of her cat. Finally she gave her cat to me.

          Loly is around 3,5 kg, and she is more or less 40 cm in height. She has white and gray fur all over of her body and tail. She has black eyes and she also has a gray color on her nose. She has a soft voice. She usually sleeps on the sofa. She rarely plays out of the house with other cats. 
           She likes almost all foods, like salted fish, fish bones and chicken bones. I give her a pink necklace on his neck. The uniqueness of my pet is that she never poops in any place. She is so amazing with her playful habit. Usually, when I am doing college assignments or watching TV, I always accompanied by my cat. I usually play by holding the rope while running, and Loly will jump up onto the rope. I feed Loly three times a day. Sometimes, I also bath her to make her clean and healthy. I will always take care of my pet, because she is so funny and beautiful.

Tom, The Lazy Cat

            I have a lovely pet, it is a domestic cat. I call it Tom because he is a lazy male cat like a cartoon character in Tom and Jerry cartoon series. I get Tom when I and my family move to our new house in Cianjur. He gets into the house and then sleeps on the chair in the front yard of my house. I love Tom since he is so cute and friendly. 

         Tom has a fat body. He is about 3,5 kg in weight and 25 cm in height. Tom has soft grey, black, and white fur with his short tail. Sometimes, he comes  to me with his adorable sound, maybe he wants to play with me or he wants to be cuddled. Tom has a bad habit, he always sleeps after he finishes eating, and runs to other houses. 

           Tom is very fond of fish, meat, and rice, that's why he is so fat. He occasionally catches a mouse from the roof of my house. As he feels hungry, he will always approach me and keep making noise. I seldom to spend my time with Tom since I am very busy with my college activities. I always bath him regularly twice a week, so that he will stay healthy and invulnerable of any diseases.

Trio Kukul

        I have several pets, they are three turtles. I and my brother usually call them "Trio Kukul". The species of my turtles is red-eared slider which is also known as Brazilian turtle. I get them from my uncle when I was in 4th grade level. Having no large pond, he gives them to me, and I feel very happy to see them swimming in the pond at first time. I love them very much since they are cute and easy to care for. 
           They look so tiny at the first time my uncle puts them in my pond, but now they grow up and get bigger, maybe they are as big as a dish plate, and approximately 800 gram in weight. They have the same color pattern on their bodies. They have black and greenish color on their shells, feet, and tails. They have a red line in both sides of their heads. That's why they are called red-eared slider turtles. 
         Trio Kukul's favorite foods are vegetable and small fish,  but sometimes my brother gives them meat so that they can get enough protein. Trio Kukul has unique habit, they will act as if they wanted to say something once my brother and I sit on the couch in the front yard. I love cleaning their shell with toothbrush as well as cleaning the pond twice a month. I and my family always feed them every morning and afternoon.

       The industrial revolution 4.0, which is in line with the rapid development of information, science and technology, requires experts or education practitioners to immediately transform education, so that our education will survive, if not, then the quality of our education will lag behind other countries, because we are not able to keep up with the times and technology. SEVEN TIPS TO BE A GOOD WRITER

Writing is a skill that cannot be easily gained. It doesn’t always produce a product but it is a process. Perhaps, It is the only sentence that I often heard from my lecturer when I was in college. It is impossible for someone to be good at writing instantly. Commonly, it takes a long process and needs more practices to get used to it. This proverb seems to be relevant to encourage you to start writing. Here, I would like to share several helpful tips for writing.

1.      Motivation

The first thing you need to have is motivation. Motivation is the key to everything you do includes writing. You will lose before the battle If you do something without motivation. If you start writing without having motivation, it maybe runs for a while and then you quit as soon as you get bored and think that what you do means nothing.  

2.      Vocabulary

One of the main factors for good writing is vocabulary. It is a must for successful writer to have more vocabulary since a good writing must be supported by the right diction or word choice. The readers may feel awkward when they read your text which seems boring and confusing. So, increase your own vocabulary as much as you can. Use your cell phone, laptop, gadget, and other digital media to increase your own.

3.      Sentence Structure

Beside vocabulary, you have to also master sentence structure. Having much vocabulary is not enough and it is not a guarantee since you have to be able to put word by word in the right order to make a good sentence, and then you have to be able to put your sentences in good arrangement to make a good paragraph.

4.      Grammar

Another thing that you need is grammar skill. This skill will help you in constructing a sentence. Grammar mastery is very important to your writing because your writing will not be readable, so that the core of the message won’t be understood by the readers. Therefore, spend your time to learn about grammar to make a good writing. Thereby, it is possible for you as a writer to earn much money from your writing skill.  

5.      Variation

Avoid making paragraph with the same type of sentence. Too many simple sentences in a paragraph is not good. Your text must consists of various types of sentence like simple and compound as well as complex sentences.

6.      Transitional words and phrases

Use some relevant transitional words or phrases to link your ideas. Transition words are frequently used to link words, phrases or sentences. They help the reader to progress from one idea to the next idea. Thus, they are very essential to build up coherent relationships within the text.

7.      Practice

The last thing you need to do is practice. Practice makes perfect. This proverb sounds familiar and it indicates that it is impossible to get something or to be good at something without hardwork. Remember process never betray the result, it means that the more you practice to write, the better your writing skill will be. So, what are you waiting for?
